Olin Innovations Limited ("we", "our", "us") operates the Hotel360 mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.

Account Information: When your administrator creates your account, we store your name, email address, phone number, and assigned role within the organization.

Guest Information: When you create bookings through the app, guest details are collected including name, phone number, identification number, nationality, and vehicle registration. This information is stored on behalf of your organization.

Transaction Data: We store records of bills, orders, payments, and bookings created through the Service, including items, quantities, amounts, and payment methods.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

Printer Configuration: Network printer IP addresses and port numbers configured within the app are stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service, including processing orders, managing bookings, and generating bills
To authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls
To enable receipt printing via configured network printers
To generate reports and analytics for your organization
To improve and maintain the Service
To communicate important updates about the Service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL). Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel within your organization based on assigned roles and permissions.

            Guest and transaction data belongs to your organization. We process it on your behalf and do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

With your organization: Data is accessible to authorized users within your organization according to their assigned roles
Service providers: We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, or payment processing that are bound by confidentiality obligations
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your organization maintains an active account with the Service. Transaction and booking records are retained as required for accounting and regulatory purposes. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
